Easy to add, safe to keep
Built to respect your community, your privacy and your rules.
Ready in a minute, no spam
Add it and pick a progression channel from the welcome message. Replies are private; celebrations go to that one channel.
Never reads your messages
Civio only counts that a message was sent, for chat XP. It has no access to what people write.
Private until you choose
Your city stays off leaderboards until an admin opts in. Age-restricted servers are never listed.
Moderation built in
Warn, timeout, kick, ban and purge, with numbered cases and a mod-log channel.
You set the tax
Choose 0–25% of members' earnings for the treasury. Treasury coins can only build, never be withdrawn.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Civio free?
Yes. Everything is free while Civio is in development. Later you'll be able to buy CiviBucks for cosmetics and Streak Freezes, but the game itself stays free and nothing for sale affects rankings.
Does Civio read our messages?
No. For chat XP it only counts that a message was sent (at most once every 2 minutes). It doesn't ask for access to message content.
What permissions does it need?
View channels, send messages, embed links and read message history to play. Manage messages, timeout, kick and ban members are only used by the moderation commands, which only your staff can run.
Can we keep our server off the leaderboards?
Yes, and that's the default. New cities are hidden until an admin picks Ranked or Public with /settings or the dashboard. You can also hide just your treasury.
What are CiviBucks?
Civio's premium currency. They belong to your account and work in every server. You'll be able to buy them at launch, and earn a few free from the tutorial, hard achievements and incredibly rare finds.
Does progress carry between servers?
Coins, levels and homes belong to each city. CiviBucks, achievements, quests and streaks belong to you, everywhere.
Does it work alongside other bots?
Yes. It uses its own slash commands. Already have a moderation bot? Civio's moderation commands simply stay unused.
How do we get started?
Add Civio, try /tutorial yourself, then use /settings or the dashboard to choose leaderboard visibility, tax, a progression channel and a mod-log channel.
